Where can I get parts and engine technical information for a CDI Diesel Smart car?

I Have a 2006 CDI Diesel Smart Engine I need to rebuild. I'm looking for parts (gaskets, o-rings, seals) and technical information such as torque specs and clearances etc. can someone point me to either a sympathetic dealer or service shop or some online info?|||last resort, buy the vehicle service manual. those kinds of information are not free, you know.
