I am going to downsize my Fiesta mainly to parking problems on my road but also cause don't need such a long car. I've been looking at the new shape Nissan Micra but am now considering the Smart Car. What are the good and bad points?|||until they improve the transmission, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy one.

|||Smart car is a love it hate it kind of a thing. Make sure you drive one before you commit. If you want great mileage get the diesel version. The ride is a bit choppy, room for two and a modest rear shelf for cargo. The advantages are unsurpassed nimbleness and parking ease in the city, it's the perfect commuter car, I love driving it. Its perfect for what you need.|||I, am not trying to put you off I think they look reasonably stylish, but I witnessed one in a crash at about 20 mph and both the front and rear windows popped out and the car seemed to collapse. Hope what ever you choose it great 4 you.|||They seem quite popular and we considered getting one, but I'm 6' and I found the driving position a bit cramped.|||no
