Isn't that new Nano car just a smart car with less safety features?

Looking at getting a smart car for when the pickup isn't needed.|||smart cars are crap|||Nope 2 completely different cars, different manufactures in different countries.|||The Tata Nano is not a smart car. Its a basic car. small engine, 4 wheels, steering, brakes, seats, 1 windshield wiper. The only safety feature is the seatbelt. No airbags, no powersteering or power assisted brakes or ABS. Radio is an option, although I am not sure about airconditioning since the engine is just about the same size as that on a mid-size bike.
