It is good idea to get auto loans for a Smart Car?

I trying to get auto loan for Smart car. Do you think it is good idea to loans that? I just need someone who experience having Smart car.|||one of my friends has a smart car and its horrible. it gets ok milage, but not that great. and its incredibly unsafe just due to its miniscule size. a chevy volt can go over 40 miles without ever using gas, and is only like 1.50 to fully charge it and it has storage room! smart cars are stupid.
