I'll be moving to shreveport louisiana soon.the nearest smart car dealership is in metairie louisiana;too far to take my smart car to for servicing.The mercedes dealership in shreveport refuses to service smart cars.HELP! thnx in advance mike long in addison texas usa|||You can't get it serviced anywhere else at this point, Mercedes has revoked all Smart car authorized service centers and will be reissuing the tools to selected dealers at their own convenience. They apparently don't give a hoot about their customers. The local service center in Minneapolis was told to return all tools and documentation, and no new one has been assigned, so there is no dealer service here either, except for oil changes and such.
